Bradley Alderwood bisquettes give a mild, nutty flavor to pale
meats and fish. The flavor is a subtle complement to fork-tender
favorites like pork, poultry, game birds and salmon. Light,

Most commonly used with fish and seafood because of its milder
flavor, Alder bisquettes can also be used when smoking pork and
