and slow cook. Great for Chicken or Pork with a mild and slight sweet
smoke flavour.
Sourced from local appleĀ fruit farms and bagged by us in 2kg bags.
Wood chunks are mixed in size and on the smaller side which is ideal for
kettle, small offsets, water smokers or kamado/Big Green Egg ceramic
BBQs.
Use 3 to 4 chunks per cook, sent ontop of charcoal during low and slow
style cooking.
